Whether you're planning an intimate dinner party or Woodstock III, we can help you to plan and execute your event. We've done more parties than
Paris Hilton, so we've got the expertise to get you through flawlessly.
The key to successful event planning is good communication. We have a full-time Event Manager who will work
with you to select perfect products for your tastes and budget, involving specialists such as our
Wine Director as needed.
Your Event Manager will ensure that everything gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
We can also provide bartenders and refer you to some of the area's best caterers. Ready to start?

Special Orders
Hair O’ The Dog is happy to special order any of the more than 25,000 spirit, wine and beer items
that are distributed in Maryland. In most cases, you can pick up your item
within a week of ordering. We will also order beer kegs for customers.

 Private Label Wines
The Dog can help you custom-design a wine label for your business or personal
needs. You can give personalized wines as business gifts, wedding wines, birthday
gift, and holiday gifts.
Our private label wines cost under $15 per bottle, based on a purchase of
as little as 12 bottles. Labels can include any photographs, graphics, or text
that you desire. Click the photo at right to see samples of our private
label wines.
Wine Futures
Wine futures are the way that the Vanderbilts get their wine, but you can
still buy futures even if your name is Jim-Bob Thudpucker. Wine futures are
simply a pre-sale of wine that has not yet been released. If you're interested in futures, let us know, and our
Wine Director will contact you to discuss your wishes.
Tasting Parties at Home
If you can’t get enough of the Dog at the store, let us set you up
for a Tasting Party at your house. Let us know what you have in mind, and
we will customize the wines and budget to your desires. If you
would like to have your party catered, we can arrange that, too. Details

Wine Dinners
The Dog occasionally teams with area restaurants to host incredibly fun feasts
matching great wines and fabulous beers with stupendous foods. Wine dinners
range from frivolous affairs to our Classic Wines Dinner, which offers you

Wine and Beer Cruises
If a Wine Dinner seems like too much of a commitment, join us for a Wine Cruise.
Wine Cruises depart from local ports of call and cruise about while we sample
a lovely variety of wines or a robust palate of beers matched with catered light
fare. AHOY!!
