CoffeeCat is Easton’s independent downtown coffeehouse, featuring fine custom-roasted coffees from around the world, a full-service espresso bar, a broad array of gourmet teas, an assortment of juices and soft drinks, and homemade breakfast and lunch menus.

Our 110 year-old building is funky enough that you'll be pretty sure you're not in some lame pre-fab corporate Koffee Drinkery, but not so funky that you'd be ashamed to bring Grandma by for tea and a croissant.

CoffeeCat is a terrific place to relax and watch Easton’s lively street scene just outside our doors. Better yet, sit streetside and enjoy our European-style café seating.

Why is our coffee better? Our 100% Arabica beans, selected from the finest growing regions of the world, are custom-roasted to order in Quebec, and then shipped to us weekly. Fresher, better beans equal better coffee. And you can feel great about drinking our coffee, as we feature sustainable, organic, and Fair Trade coffees.

Our expert barista staff prepares a huge variety of espresso drinks, utilizing the best syrups, sauces, and specialty ingredients available.
